Quality, Timely Roof Repairs in Florida

It matter not whether you have a high grade commercial or residential property, the elements do their best to shorten the lifespan of your roof. Roof repairs along the southern coast are inevitable. We have to deal with changes in temperature from cool to extreme highs—almost overnight in spring and fall, as well as, a length hurricane season where high winds can beat down and damage your home or commercial property. If that's not enough the direct sunlight can quickly fade and age any roof. One minute you're happily watching TV in your living room and the next you're setting out pans to catch the rain that's leaking into the home. We understand. We live here too. Southern Coast Enterprises has over 20 years of experience both in roof repairs and replacement. We offer free estimates for all of our work, as well as, provide education on the types or products that may work best for you.

From green to standard roofing we have what it takes to make your home livable again and save you money on heating and cooling costs if we can. We are both residential and commercial roofers here in southern Florida. We are well versed in commercialroof repair and replacement. We understand the regulations that are involved in commercial roofing and also understand where to find you tax savings. Green roofs, for example, not only save you money over time they are able to save you money on your federal and state taxes, as well. While not everyone can afford the more technological advancements in energy saving roofs, they can afford alternatives such as tin roofs and shingles or even special roof coatings to give you a “white roof”.

We are here for all your needs and are longstanding members of the community. You're our neighbor and this is how we treat you. If we can save you money, we will. If we can help out by working with your budget and financing your roof, we will. We want you to be completely satisfied without work and products. Call Southern CoastEnterprises and we promise you will never be disappointed that you did.

Repairing Concrete and Foundation with Helical Piles

Sinkholes in Florida have become a major concern to home and business owners, causing dangerous safety issues that go far beyond simple cracks in the foundation of a structure. When working with new construction we are usually brought in by geological engineers who have already assessed the situation for danger and have recommended a more stringent and solid foundation, such as those that use helical piles. We will employ multiple methods to our foundations where sinkholes are known to be a problem--usually soilstabilization and void filling to start. But what if you already own a home or business that may be effected by sinkholes?
Are there horizontal or spider cracks in the foundation? If so, this is a sign of unstable soil beneath the foundation that can cause dangerous issues in the future. We’ve all seen the worst case scenario here in Florida. It doesn’t take a home falling into the ground for this to be an issue. Smaller damage comparatively like those foundation issues that cause the separation of drywall or intrusion of water can also over time lead to lead to severe (and expensive) problems.

When it comes to sinkholes the most cost effective (not to mention safe) methods of foundation support and repair is the use of helical piles. These piles are large metal piles that work like that of a large screw, attaching your foundation to the solid earth far beneath the surface. Due to the screw-like nature of these piles what you get is foundation repair that is fast, safe and welcomingly unobtrusive. Helical piles require neither cure time, nor use of large construction machinery.

Florida’s geology can be at times quite challenging and therefore we employ the best workers and educated technicians whose prior experience with sinkholes enable them to stave off problems that may otherwise occur. Call Southern Coast Foundation Systems today!

Florida Roof Restoration and Remodeling

Florida's climate and weather can be very hard on a roof. The extreme north and south of the United States are hard on roofs. Ice to the north, hurricanes and harsh sun to the south. Between winds and UV rays, Florida roofs do not last nearly as long as those of the middle part of the nation. We understand the rigors of our weather and the amount of money it takes to cool your home in summer with a black tiled roof which is why we work with you to create better options that can save you money each month on cooling costs and extend the lifetime of your roof. At Southern Coast Enterprises, we bring to the table over 20 years of roofing experience which allows us to help you better understand the challenges of this area and help you make wise decisions about your home. We use only the best materials and installers so that you have the absolute best value for your dollar.

All of our roofing specialists come with years of installation experience but also are versed in the products we recommend. They understand the challenges in commercial roof repair and/or commercial roof replacement in this area. We understand which products will last the longest, which will save you the most money, and which come with tax benefits. We handle any and all types of roofs from clay tile to BUR to modified bitumen and cement—we can work with it. Unlike our competitors we also offer financing plans for our customers so that you can get the roof you need now rather than later.

For our residential roofing we often recommend certain products like tile or metal but have no problems with standard asphalt shingles. If we are replacing and not repairing, we work hard to match the existing materials as to preserve the curb appeal and value of your home.

When you are looking for a South Florida company, look to us. We are licensed and insured, here at Southern Coast Enterprises. We also guarantee our work, and promise a timely completion of the job we do on your home or building.

Professional Foundation Repair in Florida

Any building, regardless of whether it is your home or commercial space is an investment. That investment is predicated upon sound foundation. Sometimes due to geological conditions, even the best laid foundations will crack or yield. This is where we come in. Southern Coast Foundation Systems provides home and business site owners with options. We are the company to go to for the repair of cracked foundations due to normal or abnormal building settlement or more drastic issues, we not only repair but provide concrete restoration and soil stabilization.

With over 25 years of industry experience, we believe we offer South Florida excellent value for the money and the ability to turn back the clock on decay and disrepair. There are many means of repairing foundations, but we are one of only firms in the our area to incorporate helical piles. We have used this product for years and have a long list of happy and satisfied customers. They are able to really restore and repair those issues in residential and commercial buildings where issues with the existing foundations have to do with the surface the building is sitting on. They will support the foundation by moving past the weaker soil into hard earth. The weight capacity of these piles is between 8 and 20 Tons per pile. That’s an amazing capacity for a long thin piece of metal, but these “screws” are invaluable. They can also be quickly installed bypassing the normal cure time associated with foundation work. Helical piles provide strength you will not get in Florida from a standard foundation. The average life expectancy of a foundation using these is 350 years.

If you are having structural issues and notice cracks in your foundation, call us. Our trained concrete restoration technicians are well versed in our services and products. They can help you decide which approach is best for you and when the time comes provide the concrete repairs you require. Every single person who works for us is highly trained and capable of dealing with: crack injection and  expansion joint repairs, restoration, the use of helical piles, as well as, waterproofing and storage tank repairs.

We are a fully licensed and insured business operating in Florida. Here at Southern Coast Foundation Systems we have the experience, the skills, the manpower and the equipment to restore your cracked foundation and put your building in the safety zone.
